«Styrke i samspel» (Strength in teamwork) is about everyone around the person on the stage or the pitch. A relay baton and a conductor's baton pass from hand to hand through everyday life: from the ferryman and the doctor to the teacher, the refuse collector and the county mayor, until they reach the footballer and the conductor. All in the same kit. All part of the team.

In front of the camera are not actors, but contributors from Idrettsklynga's own network, in roles they know from everyday life. That gives the film a closeness that is hard to direct. We scaled the production to the task: a small, agile crew, a clear plan and the effort put where it shows.
On the job in Bergen.
Sverre and Jon headed to Bergen – with cameras, coffee and a clear plan. Along the way there was also a visit to Brann Stadium.
